COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

As a valued member of our client community, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you about how we are addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

The health and safety of our customers is our highest priority. While we cannot control the severity or unpredictability of this virus, we can take preventive measures to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19. We are currently acting with prudence in our day-to-day operation with basic preventative safety measures following the guidance set forth by the U.S. Federal Government, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other health agencies.

Additionally, our team is getting tested bi-weekly to ensure they are not asymptomatic carriers of the virus.

In May 2020, our treatment team proactively became certified in the most current COVID-19 protocols offered in the Beauty Industry. Continual compliance certificates will be posted on site.

We feel confident in our ability to continue seeing patients and providing care according to the Tradition of Quality Care that you have come to expect and deserve from Zeiva Professional Centers.

Our highest priority is to keep all of our clients
and staff as safe as possible.

We encourage our customers to let us know in advance of an appointment if there are any concerns or they would like us to take special precautions. We will continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus and act accordingly.

Therefore, at the recommendation of CDC, we will be taking patients’ temperatures and asking basic screening questions prior to allowing admittance past the reception area. We will also be requiring clients wear masks during any government-mandated timeframes.

Should you arrive on your treatment day having a fever or acute symptoms, we reserve the right to reschedule your treatment.

Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty as we work together to keep all clients and technicians safe.

Please know that our offices are following all recommended guidance from public health authorities including best practices for hygiene, infection control and professional team health.
